It's been a long week

It's been a long week. And it's also somewhat shorter because Tuesday was a public holiday. Haha. Oh well...

Finished 2 midsemesters, submitted one project report and had an argument with someone.

I could finally relax yesterday evening but for some reason, I couldnt even shut my eyes. I was quite sleepy, but my mind refuse to rest. Ended up having a headache because I was trying to rest.. O_o" How stupid can that be? Haih...

Dont feel like doing anything this weekend. I think I've got lots of personal issues to sort out. And it's best for me that I sort it out as soon as possible. But of course, what is that without some retail therapy first? :P Hahaha..

Today is Saturday, and I'm going to spend my Saturday like everyone else, and not staying home and give someone headaches.. Although half of the day is gone, but it was well spent, rolling in bed. Hahahaa..

Alright folks. Enjoy your weekend!!! Eat all you can, shop all you can, laugh and smile all you can. Hehe. Tata!

A.D.D.

A.D.D. stands for Attention Deficit Disorder.

And I have a serious problem with it. Hahaha.

Take my sister for instance. Her pc table is right next to me, on my left. When I'm bored, or even when I'm quite busy, I can still find time to do various random things to her..
- poke her arm with my pen
- hit her on the arm
- push her while we're both sitting down
- push her as I walk pass
- take the stuff she's working on
- shout at her, randomly
- 'sing' loudly, horribly, crazily, until she cant take it..
- randomly shout something loudly and continue my work

And then give a big wide smile ^___^ when she looks at me.. Hahahahaha. I think I have a serious problem and no psychologist can help me.

I love disturbing others too. I love disturbing someone in particular.. LoL. Unfortunately he is not physically here for me to torture him. And me being the stupid A.D.D. self, I'll nudge him, ask him stupid questions, act cute, do the naughthiest things so that he would come scold me, say the most daring stuff so that he would look at me with big eyes and start laughing, and say "oh! Like that lah?" or maybe "say again!!!" Hahahaha. Then of course I would send quite boh-liao (nonsense) stuff to him and ask him to read. Just so that he would get to read what I find amusing. Anything that would give me the pleasure of his attention.. anything that gives me even a few minutes of joy.. I would do.

Sometimes I think my sister and him are the most pitiful souls, having to put up with me. All day long. All night long. If there is one day I dont disturb them, it's either because I'm not feeling well, or the deadline is like 1 hr away and I'm super-stressed. Hahaha. But other than that.. no chance.

I'm sorry people. You would just have to put up with my crazy attention-grabbing acts. You're lucky I dont do anything crazy in public ok. Now that would be scary! Hahaha..

Cheap Thrill

We went shopping yesterday after watching Ice Age 2. It was quite funny. Stupid squirrel! Hahaha. I definitely had a good time at the movies, minus the kids walking in and out during the movie, minus the girl who was trying to cuddle into her bf's arms and kicked my chair, minus the comments/little talks from the teenage girls on my right. It was a good movie. You guys should definitely watch it.

Back to shopping. See this innocent looking shopping cart? Well, it's not going to look innocent for too long. Wahahahaha..

All you need to do, is this.. and you will have your cheap thrill for the day. At least I did. Hahahaa..

See!! That's me alright! Hahaha. It's simple. Just follow the simple rules..

1. Rest your body on the cart, with your ribs resting on the cart handle.
2. Lean forwards, with both arms forming an angle about 60deg. Again resting on the handle.
3. Use your powerful legs to push you to a start. Depends how hard you push, and how properly 'tuned' your cart is, you should go straight. Then lift your legs to eliminate external friction.
4. Use your legs for a stronger kick if you feel that you're travelling way below the speed limit.
5. If momentum and speed dies, repeat from above.

Note: Watch out for dangerous objects like humans, pillars, and stalls. And most importantly, watch out for the security officer of the shopping complex. And if performing act in a carpark, look out for oncoming cars.

It was fun. Hahahaha. Believe me :P I could go fast, I could go slow. Haha. I never thought the shopping cart could carry such a heavy person like me. But then it was a big shopping cart, not those small little ones. These are big, sturdy ones. Cool...

You guys should really try it one day. Just to see how it feels. Haha. Oh, some words of advice..

1. Kids, do not try this at home.
2. Your ribs and arm might hurt the next day, depending on frequency of act.
3. Rated PG (parental guidance recommended)

Perhaps..

Perhaps I should continue blogging. Although I feel really lazy at times, but occasionally I have things that I want to share with you guys. The reason why I kinda 'stopped' blogging was because I couldnt find the motivation to finish a post - I would always stop halfway and then delete it, and I felt that blogging takes up quite a bit of time - I would read my post over and over again as I type, sort of like a bad habit I got while writing essays last time. Haha. Yea, what to do. Lots of typo. Lots of missing thoughts..

Then today I suddenly felt like reading everything that I've ever posted in this blog. I read all the posts I made, right to the very first lame post. Haha. And reading them again, reading the comments, made me smile. It's nice to have someone read what you wrote, and have them leaving comments, telling you how lame your post was, or just to read their encouragements, or maybe even their laughs. It gives you this sense of satisfaction that my friends out there are actually reading what I wrote, and in a sense, they know what is going on. Together we can share a laugh or two. I'm not a very public person, I do not go and tell every other person I meet about my life - whether it's personal or non-personal. And blogging gives me a chance to tell them about my so-called social life. Haha. Ok, I admit. I have no social life. But I still have a life, right? Ok, I'll stop arguing about this. I'm going to get bombarded, "you have no life!", "errr.. you call that a life?" Yea..

I dont know how many of you are still going to read this blog though, considering it's been out of action for so long. Not to mention 'blogging' is no longer THE thing to do. Hehe. But I will pick up my pace gradually starting now, at the same time, doing my final year project. I might be very slow at first, but I'm sure I'll gather my old blogging habit :) At the same time, I hope this blog will be a website you visit to view updates from me and my life. I will try to post pictures if I have them. So that Alvin-da-Great can stop asking me to "send latest pic!!!". Hahaha. It's gets annoying when he asks you that at least 3 times per chat session, few times a week. I dont exactly cam-whore you know! I am afterall, camera-shy.. Hahahahaa.

Alrights. That's all for now..
Take care!!!

My 22nd bday celebration..

Little Birthday Lunch with my little gang..

Bethany and Ellena

Grace and Me

And the only guy in the group yesterday - Adi. Haha.

It was a nice meal. We had Nando's - 2 whole chicken among 5 people. Which isnt a lot really. We were all just full, not TOO full. Hehe. They bought me a grey knit wrap kinda thing. Which is nice. Really. I wanted to get one of those too, but the one they got me.. somehow looked a bit weird on me. I think it's too long. Haha. Anyway. And they also got me a really nice necklace. It's one of those that I've always liked, but never bought because I know that I wont get a chance to wear it. But hey. Haha. Now I have it! :P And I'm sure I'll find an occassion to where it to. I'm sure I will. I hope I will..

Simple Dinner with my Family...

Gucce Italian Restaurant at Applecross. I love the setup.. very relaxed.

I think that looks nice. Dont you think so?

Me and my naughty niece, Lauren. Both with braces. Haha.

Birthday Girl, so hungry!!!

King Prawns with Potato Mash.. nice.

Mushroom Risotto. Very rich, very creamy. I like.

This is what I had - Fettucine Gamberi. It's fettucine with king prawns, cooked in a rich and creamy Napoletana sauce. Yummy!! It was so nice! I loved it! Haha. Yes, it's RICH and CREAMY again.. :P

Little Cake-cutting ceremony at home..

Hehe. The lighter is not meant to be in the picture :P

Guess what was my bday wish? World Peace! haha.

Hehehe. Love this picture. Somehow I dont know how to smile in pictures..

My bday was a very nice day! Hehe. Had friends around me in the afternoon. Had family around me in the evening. Good food. Nice cake. Nice gifts from friends, and him too. But somehow those closest to me are not here to celebrate with me - my immediate family and the one in Penang..

But nevertheless it was a nice Birthday! Hehe. Thanks to all who sent me birthday greetings.. ^_^
