The Golden Tickets

Cant believe the graduation ceremony is just more than a week away. So excited! About the ceremony. About the great people flying all the way from Malaysia to share this joyous moment with me. So happy that they are all coming! If they could, I wish my grandma and youngest sister, and uncle could come too :)

It will definitely be one of the most memorable times in my life :)

a more current update, lol

I really dont know what to do with this abandoned blog of mine.

Should I revive it? Should I just continue neglecting it? Should I just delete it?

I know there are probably 3 people who occasionally visit this blog, checking off and on to see if it's updated. I know a few of my other friends whom I seldom see visit this blog. And perhaps one or two anonymous people occasionally searching for me would stumble upon this blog ;)

Well. To my dear friends,

I've been back in Perth for just a lil more than a week now :) Hehe. The "return" started off quite badly with a series of events happening. But life is getting better and better now. I'm starting to cool myself from everything :P

Migration application has been submitted. Hoping for the best. Praying for the best.

Job applications still in progress. Starting to wonder if I'm really that incompetent in the working world or simply no luck in securing interviews. Or maybe who knows, my long time dream to be a lady of leisure is starting to work its magic!! Hahaha. Very unlikely, sorry. It was just a joke :P

Graduation ceremony aka convocation is abt 3 weeks away. Cant believe after 5 years at uni, I'm now a graduate. I still remember the moments in Year 12 where I would be questioned about my chosen course at university..

"Are you sure you want to do engineering and commerce?"

"It's not easy you know. Engineering itself is tough."

"You're a girl!! What engineering do you want to do?"

"Mechatronics? That's like half bucket here and there.."

and lots of other interesting questions, comments, advices..

I would say I enjoyed my time at university. It's not all about study or getting HD's, though I have to shamefully admit that I wasnt the most socially active person in uni. LoL. I prefer a more quiet lifestyle :)

Anyway. Parents coming to Perth for my convo! Yay!!! My dad needs a holiday from all the hard work. And it's been few years since he last came visit me :)

Someone else is coming too >_<" Hehe. So grateful and touched. Overjoyed is almost an understatement of the happiness in me :P

I like it here in Aust. Like the lifestyle. Like the weather, although not the mad-skinburning sun during summer. Like how I can sleep peacefully at night without the mozzies singing in my ears and kissing me all over. Like how my skin is not covered with dirt and oil, although it gets a bit dry.

Hopefully the next time I return to KL, I would be working already. And hopefully I would have saved a significant amount of my salary for a holiday and SHOPPING ;)

Wish me all the best!!! ^__^
