My camera spoil..

My camera is quite a few years old. Not sure how many. It's one of those 1st or 2nd generation 3 megapix ones which consumes loads of power with 4 AA's batteries that only last you about 1 event. And I didnt buy it myself. One of my cousins gave it to us :P brand new lah..

It's been quite temperamental for about a year now. Sometimes the Camera/Review switch doesnt work. Sometimes it doesnt want to turn on - 'Check Batteries' even when they are fully-charged. After a few 'spanks' it works fine again. And all the other times (50%) it works like normal.

That day it finally decided to expire. I can turn it on, but I see nothing in the display. It's BLACK. All I can see is black. The standard little icons still appear, but everything else is just plain BLACK.

It snaps. I can see the flash. I can hear it buzzing (is it supposed to buzz? It's that sound it makes when it snaps a picture). But the review shows nothing - BLACK again. All I see is black!!! ARGH!!!

I dont know what's wrong with it. It works just like normal, except there is no picture. No matter how many times we tried to 'spank' it, even at daily intervals, it refuse to come alive :(

My camera was pronounced dead on 11 October 2006, 5pm.

I was devastated!!!

I dont even know the cause of death. My sister said the shutter is not working. Huh? Pry it open lah!!! :P She said, "sure! Go bring the forceps". Forceps? What are forceps? Nevermind..

Now I dont have camera to use :( Cannot take stupid pictures of stupid stuff anymore. Cannot take pretty pictures when I go to Margaret River also :(

I need a new camera. But I dont have money!!! Sigh. Anyone want to recommend me what camera to buy when I have money? :P Or if you're generous enough you could buy me one *angelic* HAHAHAHHAA. Kidding. Dont run away from me!!!!
